FS Property Maintenance was established in 2005, in fact we are planning to celebrate our 10th anniversary. 10 years we've spent building a client relationship based on both consistency and honesty and we are locally known for these traits. Something that required significant hard work and determination to achieve and I am of course proud that since 2005 First Step now has a firm and distinct stake in the property sector. 

Starting off with two employees after 10 short years we have now expanded to 17 full time employees dealing with repairs, certification etc. The rate of expansion has surprised even myself and we are now managing and maintaining over 500 properties ranging from social housing, blocks of flats and servicing temporary accommodation to local authorities with great administrative ease. 

10 years later in the history of FS Property Maintenance and 15 years in my own personal case we are still just as motivated as we were all those years ago. This is something that must be recognised and can only be understood through experience. Experience of working with us.
